As the Founder & CEO of Mynd Konnekt, he is building intelligent assessment solutions that empower organisations to make better hiring, development, and workforce decisions.
Manas is currently pursuing a Master’s in Organisational and Social Psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), one of the world’s leading institutions for social sciences. His academic foundation, combined with practical experience in HR consulting, organisational development, leadership, and behavioural science, enables Mynd Konnekt to bridge cutting-edge psychological research with real-world business challenges.
Having trained over 2,500 students and professionals, led large-scale leadership and mentoring programmes, and authored an award-recognised leadership book ("Thinking Above & Beyond"), Manas brings a unique blend of academic excellence, entrepreneurial vision, and people-centric innovation. Under his leadership, Mynd Konnekt is dedicated to helping organisations unlock human potential through scientific, reliable, and actionable talent insights.
